Sarabduli Forest Rest House is one of the most popular Forest Lodge in the Dhikala Zone. Firstly, it is at a distance of 18kms from the Dhangari gate. Further, Dhangari gate is the starting point to the Dhikala zone. Moreover, it can be said that Sarabduli Forest Lodge is the most centrally located Forest Lodge in the Dhikala Zone. In addition Sarabduli Forest Rest house is a very tranquil place with the Ramganga river just flowing downstream. Most importantly, Sarabduli Forest Rest House is preferred by Wildlife Photographers and families alike. In addition, it can be said that the location of Sarabduli Forest Lodge along with the noticeable movements of the large mammals like the Tiger and Elephants nearby makes this Forest Rest House a very popular place to spend a minimum of 2 nights for Tiger Sighting. Similarly, it is also an idle location to sight crocodiles and has a great Birdlife viewing.
Accommodation in Sarabduli Forest Rest House
Sarabduli Foest Lodge has 2 Rooms and a dormitory with 3 beds. Most importantly, both the rooms have attached washrooms. In addition, the rooms have twin beds along with an option of 1 extra bed available for the 3rd Person. Moreover, all the Rooms are vey clean and perfect for overnight stay.
There is Solar fencing around the entire campus of the Sarabduli Forest Rest House so that no wild animal can enter inside the Sarabduli Campus. Most importantly, there are also forest officers around the campus if incase there is an emergency. To sum up, your safety is guaranteed inside the sarabduli forest Lodge.
There is 24/7 water facility in the Sarabduli Forest Lodge along with the facility of Hot water through solar water heating system. However, there is solar generated electric light but no luxuries like the Air- Conditioner or Television.
Above all, many female travelers, families as well as wildlife photographers have personally told me that they do not even think of these luxuries when I book their Sarabduli Forest Rest house as they are so immersed in the beauty of the Dhikala Zone.
Meals in the Sarabduli Forest Lodge
There is no canteen facility in the Sarabduli Forest Lodge. However, there is a kitchen facility with good cooks. Therefore, Raw ration is to be carried by the visitors which is handed over to the Room attendant and then cooked in the kitchen by the chef. After that, the cooked food is served to the guests as per the meal timings in the Sarabduli Forest Lodge.
Raw ration is either brought by the guests or we buy on his behalf and is then kept safe with our Jypsy drivers. Therefore, after reaching the Sarabduli Forest Lodge our Jypsy driver hands over the ration to the concerned person so that you get your meals on time.
How to Book Sarabduli Forest Lodge
Saabduli Forest Rest House is in the Dhikala Zone. Moreover, Dhikala Zone remains open for the period of 15th November to 15th June. In addition, Sarabduli Forest Lodge is booked 45 days in advance for a complete period of 1 month. For instance, if you want to book a stay at Sarabduli Forest Lodge you have to get in touch with us at least 2 months before you finalize your vacations in Jim Corbett National Park. Meanwhile, you can let us know your dates of visit so that we can make your bookings for Sarabduli Forest Lodge.
When we make your bookings for Sarabduli Forest Lodge we take care of your entire tour from the time you reach Jim Corbett National Park to the time you leave from here. In other words, we arrange for your car parking, Open Jypsy to take you to the Sarabduli Forest Lodge from the city along with Jeep driver and permissions. Moreover, it also includes you jungle safari in the Dhikala Zone.
Note: To make your bookings in Sarabduli Forest Lodge for a particular date you would have to provide us with the personal identity cards of all the visitors who would be travelling with you along with an advance payment of 50%.
